Sales Associate - Kara Korean Store

Kara Korean Store is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will drive daily store performance, maintain shop presentation, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience centered around K-beauty, cosmetics, and skincare products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers by offering tailored skincare and makeup recommendations based on their individual preferences and skin types.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Korean beauty trends, product ingredients, and skincare routines.
• Drive sales performance to reach personal and store targets through active customer engagement and upselling.
• Ensure retail displays remain visually appealing, fully stocked, clean, and well-organized.
• Track inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment activities.
• Support promotional campaigns, brand launches, and in-store marketing initiatives.
• Participate in generating engaging social media and customer-focused content as required.
• Operate the store Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and maintain precise sales logs.
