Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized skincare and makeup suggestions tailored to individual customer needs and skin types.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of popular Korean beauty trends, product formulations, and skincare routines.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and strategic upselling.
- Ensure retail displays are aesthetically pleasing, well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory counts and assist with routine stock replenishment.
- Help execute store promotions, new product launches, and local marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to creating engaging social media content and customer outreach materials as needed.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and keep precise daily sales records.
