Websurfer Nepal Communication System is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the Regional Operations department. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the candidate will be responsible for the overall operational and commercial performance of assigned regional branches.
This role focuses on driving revenue growth, boosting customer acquisition, reducing churn, and managing financial collections across the region. Main responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing regional business strategies to reach sales, customer retention, and revenue objectives.
- Distributing monthly, quarterly, and annual targets to branches and providing continuous guidance to Branch Managers.
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and taking timely corrective measures for performance gaps.
- Developing retention strategies to tackle disconnections, churn, service issues, and subscription renewals.
- Managing regional receivables and ensuring prompt collection of overdue customer payments.
- Analyzing market dynamics, competitor initiatives, and regional business opportunities.
- Coordinating with internal divisions such as Sales, Technical, Finance, HR, and Support for smooth service delivery.
- Providing regular operational, financial, and sales progress reports to senior management.
