Job Description

Sterling Wells is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Talent and Culture Associate to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across full-cycle talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and dedicated to creating an inclusive, positive, and vibrant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and update daily employee attendance records using HRMS software.
  • Guide new hires through end-to-end onboarding, including induction programs and joining documentation.
  • Support administration of employee benefits, including medical/accident insurance enrollment and claims processing.
  • Organize internal training sessions, maintain learning logs, and gather feedback to support continuous professional development.
  • Source candidate profiles, conduct resume screening, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers.
  • Maintain precise, confidential employee records while ensuring compliance with legal standards and HR policies.
  • Plan, organize, and execute team-building activities, company celebrations, and engagement initiatives from start to finish.
  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for staff during workplace events and internal initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to execute culture-building programs effectively.
  • Assist the Talent Manager with strategic projects and overarching departmental priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or talent management is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven event planning and coordination skills with strong attention to timelines and logistics.
  • Approachability and strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships across all staff levels.
  • High level of detail orientation, organizational capabilities, and respect for HR confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, collaborate across departments, and work both independently and within a team.
