Sterling Wells is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Talent and Culture Associate to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across full-cycle talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and dedicated to creating an inclusive, positive, and vibrant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and update daily employee attendance records using HRMS software.
- Guide new hires through end-to-end onboarding, including induction programs and joining documentation.
- Support administration of employee benefits, including medical/accident insurance enrollment and claims processing.
- Organize internal training sessions, maintain learning logs, and gather feedback to support continuous professional development.
- Source candidate profiles, conduct resume screening, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Maintain precise, confidential employee records while ensuring compliance with legal standards and HR policies.
- Plan, organize, and execute team-building activities, company celebrations, and engagement initiatives from start to finish.
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for staff during workplace events and internal initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to execute culture-building programs effectively.
- Assist the Talent Manager with strategic projects and overarching departmental priorities.
