Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

The Suit Atelier is seeking a creative and self-driven Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to help shape and elevate our online brand presence. In this position, your primary focus will be telling the authentic story of Siddisskredderene by showcasing our craftsmanship, bespoke fittings, fabrics, and day-to-day workshop moments in Nepal across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

You will work with high creative freedom, converting raw imagery and workshop activities into captivating social media content while staying on top of modern digital trends. Additionally, you will support our client retention efforts by managing customer databases and assisting with tailored CRM and communication campaigns to build lasting relationships with our luxury clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, produce, edit, and publish high-quality visual content (Reels, Stories, and posts) featuring workshop craftsmanship, fabric arrivals, and fittings in Nepal.
• Transform professional photoshoot assets from our production team into high-performing social media posts.
• Develop and manage a consistent content publishing calendar while monitoring performance metrics to continuously improve engagement.
• Identify emerging video trends, hooks, and creative content opportunities that resonate with target audiences.
• Maintain organized client records, support CRM efforts, and assist in preparing target customer lists for email and SMS retention campaigns.
