Assistant Manager - Sales (Heavy Vehicles)

An established organization represented by Executive Search- Merojob is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - Sales to lead revenue growth in the heavy vehicle and commercial equipment segment. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to drive market coverage across three key locations in Nepal: Itahari (Koshi Region), Kathmandu (Bagmati Region), and Butwal (Lumbini Region).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize market share in commercial trucks, tippers, and heavy machinery.
• Establish, foster, and expand relationships with key contractors, fleet owners, and construction organizations across the designated region.
• Conduct continuous market analysis to uncover emerging prospects and assess evolving client needs.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless product delivery and elevated customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance against territory goals and provide clear reporting to executive management.
• Represent the business at industry trade shows and networking events to strengthen brand presence.
