Senior Sales Officer - Hydropower Equipment

Executive Search- Merojob is seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Officer to handle the promotion and commercial sales of specialized equipment for hydropower projects. This role involves actively expanding sales networks, connecting with industry stakeholders, and driving business growth across the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, cultivate, and convert new business leads within the hydropower industry.
• Promote and sell equipment directly to project developers, contractors, and relevant corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong professional connections with consultants, contractors, and key market stakeholders.
• Conduct industry research to track active and upcoming hydropower developments.
• Prepare sales quotations, conduct price negotiations, and follow up promptly on customer queries.
• Consistently meet established sales targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth product delivery and reliable post-sale support.
