Marketing Head

Executive Search- Merojob is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead the organization’s sales, marketing, and business development endeavors. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for building brand equity, generating high-quality business leads, and scaling revenue through effective sales strategies and team management.

Key duties include:

• Formulating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing both digital and offline campaigns, and evaluating ROI.
• Leading, guiding, and motivating the sales force to hit revenue targets and optimize the complete sales pipeline.
• Utilizing knowledge of communication technologies—including two-way radio systems, RF concepts, and Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC)—to communicate product value to prospective clients.
• Conducting market research, analyzing competitor positioning, and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
• Collaborating across marketing, sales, and technical departments while providing regular performance reporting to management.
