Outbound Sales Manager

Gochali Tours & Travels is seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our international travel segment. This role centers on generating new revenue, developing tailored holiday offerings, building supplier partnerships, and managing end-to-end sales processes.

Key duties include:

• Converting incoming outbound travel leads into confirmed client bookings.
• Developing, promoting, and selling international group tours and customized holiday packages.
• Drafting personalized travel itineraries and competitive price quotes.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, corporate accounts, DMCs, airlines, and hotel partners.
• Negotiating favorable terms and competitive rates with service providers and suppliers.
• Managing the sales pipeline through timely follow-ups and CRM record-keeping.
• Coordinating with internal finance, ticketing, and operations teams to execute trips smoothly.
• Tracking sales performance, conversion metrics, revenue, and overall campaign profitability.
• Researching emerging global destinations and identifying new commercial opportunities.
