Fire And Ice Pizzeria, a long-established and highly regarded restaurant in Kathmandu known for its authentic Italian cuisine, is looking for a proactive and seasoned Human Resource Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all HR functions, promoting workplace accountability, enforcing compliance with national labour standards, and supporting smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR Operations: Oversee the full employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit procedures while maintaining accurate staff files and leave records.
- Recruitment & Planning: Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs, manage interviewing and selection processes, and ensure timely cover for vacancies.
- Employee Relations: Maintain a respectful, professional work environment, address grievances and workplace disputes confidentially, and advise leadership on fair disciplinary measures.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure all company practices align with the Nepal Labour Act 2074, Social Security Fund (SSF) requirements, working hour regulations, and proper settlement procedures.
- Performance & Development: Implement appraisal systems, identify training requirements for service and hygiene standards, and foster continuous staff development.
