Digital Marketing Manager - Campaigns and Partnerships

Quokka Finance, along with Quokka Home Loans, is a rapidly expanding Australian financial services business providing asset, commercial, home, and car loans. Committed to delivering high-value solutions and an exceptional customer experience through tech and strong relationships, the business is seeking two talented Digital Marketing Managers to join their team.

In this broad role, you will oversee multi-channel digital marketing efforts across both Quokka brands, manage the web presence, run partner and referrer campaigns, and ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all touchpoints. You will work closely with internal teams and marketing partners in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner & Referrer Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate joint marketing campaigns with referrers, real estate agents, accountants, and industry associations.
• Performance Marketing: Build, monitor, and analyze paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing, and retargeting channels, maintaining conversion and ROI dashboards.
• Email Marketing: Design lifecycle email sequences, newsletter updates, product launches, and audience segmentation using automation tools.
• Social Media & Web Management: Schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, while maintaining website copy, landing pages, blogs, and SEO standard practices.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Work alongside leadership and compliance teams to ensure all advertising aligns with financial services regulations.
