Content Creator & Social Media Executive

Connect H.R. is seeking a creative and execution-focused Content Creator & Social Media Executive to transform innovative ideas into impactful videos, graphics, and digital media. In this role, you will lead the charge in producing high-performing content across multiple digital channels while representing our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate engaging content ideas and establish a structured monthly editorial calendar.
• Film and edit short videos, reels, interviews, client testimonials, and coverage of organizational events.
• Design visual assets, including social media graphics, carousels, hiring notices, and marketing materials.
• Craft clear and compelling copy for captions in both English and Nepali.
• Oversee daily publishing and profile management across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Gather authentic footage and photography from office routines, events, and client interactions.
• Engage with the community by monitoring direct messages, comments, and incoming inquiries or leads.
• Assist with basic paid social advertising campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve reach.
• Organize and store raw media files, photos, and final design assets in a structured digital repository.
