Area Sales Incharge - Automotive & Spare Parts

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong dealer partnerships, supervising field sales personnel, and maintaining reliable financial collections across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure all individual and team targets are consistently achieved.
• Assist Sales Representatives (SRs) during field visits to boost sales numbers and improve product distribution mix.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit new dealers to strengthen market coverage in target areas.
• Oversee account receivables and enforce efficient collection strategies to reduce overdue balances.
• Perform competitor benchmarking and collect field intelligence to overcome market challenges.
• Generate accurate reports on sales progress, payment recoveries, and market feedback for senior leadership.
