Overview & Pricing in Nepal
Finding a reliable budget smartphone under NPR 20,000 in Nepal has become increasingly difficult as device prices steadily rise. Honor addresses this market segment with the release of the Honor Choice T10, marking the debut smartphone under its Choice lineup in the country.
The phone comes in two memory options. The base variant featuring 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage is priced at NPR 16,500. The higher-tier configuration with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage costs NPR 19,500. If your budget allows for the extra stretch, the 4GB/64GB model offers better long-term usability.
Unboxing and Accessories
Given its affordable price tag, the packaging remains modest, but Honor includes all essential accessories inside the box. Buyers receive a 10W charging adapter, a USB Type-C cable, and a basic silicone protective case. Although the included case tends to attract fingerprints, having a charger and cover bundled in the box is a major practical plus.
Build Quality and Features
Design-wise, the Honor Choice T10 keeps things clean and minimal without unnecessary rear patterns. It features a plastic back and plastic frame, yet the build feels solid and comfortably substantial in hand. Honor has also equipped the phone with an IP52 rating for dust and splash protection, along with claimed durability against drops of up to one meter.
For expansion and audio options, the device retains a 3.5mm headphone jack and features dual microphones. Storage expansion is handled via a hybrid SIM slot, which accepts either two SIM cards or one SIM card alongside a microSD card.
Display Quality
The front of the phone is dominated by a large 6.75-inch display with HD+ resolution. While it is a entry-level panel, text and media content look clear enough without obvious pixelation. Colors appear pleasant for daily activities such as scrolling through social media, browsing, and watching videos. Brightness levels are well-suited for indoor environments, and touch response feels fluid for standard everyday navigation.
Verdict
The Honor Choice T10 offers modest hardware with a clear focus on practical daily essentials. For users in Nepal seeking an affordable device for calls, messaging, and everyday media tasks, it stands out as a sensible budget choice.
