Sponsorship Assistant

SOS Children's Villages Nepal invites applications from dynamic and passionate individuals for the position of Sponsorship Assistant. SOS Children's Villages Nepal is a dedicated non-governmental social development organization committed to caring for children who have lost parental care or are at risk of losing it.

As a Sponsorship Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong, meaningful connections between sponsors and the children and communities supported by the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate record-keeping, facilitating communication, and assisting in the smooth administration of sponsorship programs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update donor and child profiles in the official sponsorship management system.
• Draft, compile, and distribute regular progress reports, letters, and updates to sponsors.
• Collaborate with field staff and village team members to collect updated stories, photographs, and academic reports.
• Respond promptly and professionally to sponsorship-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing sponsor visits, administrative correspondence, and filing systems.
