Multi-Destination Travel Counselor

Astra Global Education is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Multi-Destination Counselor to join our growing team. In this position, you will serve as a trusted guide for clients seeking both domestic and international travel solutions, helping them explore options, select suitable packages, and finalize their arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counseling to clients regarding various domestic and overseas travel destinations, tour packages, and related services.
• Assess client needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend appropriate travel packages and personalized itineraries.
• Deliver comprehensive details on trip schedules, accommodations, flight options, and destination logistics.
• Promptly handle incoming customer inquiries, follow up on potential leads, and convert prospects into confirmed sales.
• Liaise efficiently with hotels, airlines, local tour operators, and travel partners to coordinate bookings.
• Draft accurate travel proposals, fee quotations, and customized itineraries.
• Maintain well-organized client records and conduct follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive starting salary of NPR 40,000+ per month, supplemented by attractive performance-based incentives.
