Airline Catering Safety and Security Manager

Soaltee Kathmandu, Autograph Collection Hotel is seeking a dedicated Airline Catering Safety and Security Manager to join the team at Soaltee Gate Gourmet, operating in partnership with Gate Gourmet under the internationally acclaimed gate group (GG) brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing that all inflight catering operations comply fully with national and international aviation security guidelines, airline regulations, and company standard operating procedures.

Core duties and functional expectations include:

• Applying comprehensive knowledge of Aviation Security (AVSEC) standards, ICAO Annex 17, and airline catering security protocols.
• Overseeing physical screening, airport access control, personnel security, aircraft catering protection, and end-to-end supply-chain security.
• Conducting risk assessments, identifying potential threats, managing vulnerability evaluations, and coordinating security incident responses.
• Directing security audits, formal inspections, investigations, documentation maintenance, and corrective action plans.
• Liaising effectively with partner airlines, airport authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal operational teams.
• Exercising strong leadership, crisis management, professional judgment, and attention to detail while delivering under strict operational flight deadlines.
