Key Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Host and present live video sessions to demonstrate and sell beauty and skincare items.
- Produce short-form video media, including Reels, Stories, product reviews, and video tutorials.
- Maintain social media content calendars and interact with online followers daily.
- Reply to user comments, product inquiries, and customer feedback.
- Assist with influencer outreach, brand campaigns, and new product launches.
- Support online storefront operations, product listings, and digital sales tracking.
- Use digital design tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI platforms to streamline content production.
- Monitor engagement rates, lead generation, livestream performance, and sales conversions.
- Support Meta Ads management and bring fresh, trend-focused ideas to boost overall brand reach.
