Software Sales & Marketing Specialist

Sterling Wells is seeking a driven Software Sales & Marketing Specialist to join the team behind FigsFlow in Kathmandu, Nepal. As part of a respected UK-based financial and fintech group, FigsFlow delivers practitioner-led practice management software to accounting firms across the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.

In this key role, you will develop and execute data-informed marketing and sales strategies to expand FigsFlow's presence across these four major international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional global teams, combining strategic creativity with digital analytics to generate quality leads, elevate brand recognition, and optimize prospective client engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and roll out comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets in target English-speaking markets.
• Run multi-channel digital campaigns tailored to accounting professionals and service providers.
• Perform market research, competitor analysis, and target audience segmentation to strengthen product positioning.
• Work with product and sales departments to produce high-impact messaging, campaign content, and marketing collateral.
• Utilize modern AI tools into daily workflows for content drafting, asset creation, and campaign performance analysis.
