Mobile Phlebotomist - Home Sample Collection

Alfa Health Care and Diagnostic Center is seeking a dedicated, competent, and compassionate Mobile Phlebotomist to handle on-site and home sample collection. In this role, you will visit patients at their homes or designated locations to draw blood specimens while maintaining strict standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits to collect, properly label, and process patient blood samples.
• Perform diagnostic tests and routine laboratory investigations accurately.
• Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory machinery and equipment.
• Ensure meticulous record-keeping and facilitate the timely delivery of test results.
• Comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), biosafety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Track and manage lab supplies, reagents, and clinical documentation.
• Record, update, and maintain patient reports in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
