IT Engineer

Huawei Technologies Nepal is looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining, configuring, and deploying essential IT infrastructure, including servers, storage solutions, networks, and cloud or data center systems. You will work closely with senior technical staff to ensure smooth enterprise IT operations and deliver high-quality technical assistance to meet client demands.

Your primary duties will include:

• Providing first-level troubleshooting and technical support across hardware, operating systems, servers, network components, and storage devices.
• Helping install, configure, monitor, and maintain cloud environments and data center systems.
• Conducting daily system monitoring and basic network diagnostics to guarantee operational efficiency and stability.
• Collaborating with senior engineers to implement cloud and data center projects successfully.
• Helping address customer technical requests and providing support for pre-sales technical activities.
• Creating and maintaining detailed IT documentation while effectively resolving user support tickets.
