Millsberry International Pre-School is seeking a compassionate, attentive, and dependable Preschool Nurse to oversee the health, safety, and well-being of our young students. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a hygienic, safe, and supportive educational environment where children can learn and grow securely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily health, hygiene, and general physical well-being of preschool children.
- Provide immediate basic first aid and appropriate care in the event of minor accidents, injuries, or sudden illness.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date student health files, medical histories, and emergency contact details.
- Administer authorized medications strictly in accordance with parental consent and school protocols.
- Keep first-aid kits and necessary medical supplies fully stocked, organized, and operational.
- Clearly communicate health updates, incidents, and medical concerns to parents, educators, and school administration.
- Promote clean habits, nutrition awareness, and personal hygiene practices among young learners.
- Coordinate with external healthcare professionals and families whenever a student requires advanced medical attention.
- Ensure complete confidentiality regarding all medical records and health information.
- Partner with teaching staff and management to uphold clean, sanitary, and hazard-free school grounds.
