JJ Marble is seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Showroom Retail Salesperson to join our team. In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients visiting our showroom, guiding them through our product selection and delivering a seamless, high-quality sales experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, evaluate their project needs, and suggest suitable stone products.
- Clearly explain product specifications, unique features, and pricing details.
- Generate formal quotations and perform timely follow-ups to finalize sales.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and individual buyers.
- Keep organized records of visitors, ongoing construction projects, and key specifiers.
- Manage basic administrative tasks, including documentation, billing, and resolving customer inquiries.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse personnel to facilitate smooth and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure the showroom is clean and well-presented.
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
