Sales Officer - Territory & Dealer Management

Executive Search- Merojob is seeking a proactive and goal-driven Sales Officer to lead and scale our dealer and distributor network across Bagmati Province and assigned regional markets. Based in Kathmandu, this position requires frequent field visits to key territories including Trishuli, Dhading, Gaighat/Katari, Narayanghat, and other surrounding commercial hubs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a sales professional driven to boost revenue and foster lasting distributor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong commercial relationships with dealers and distributors in assigned regions.
• Formulate and execute target-focused sales plans to consistently achieve monthly and yearly metrics.
• Conduct regular field visits to maintain extensive coverage and assess local demand.
• Identify potential markets and recruit new dealers and distribution partners.
• Track regional sales performance, competitor movements, industry trends, and client feedback.
• Guarantee efficient product distribution and inventory availability throughout the network.
• Oversee dealer purchase orders, payment recoveries, stock balancing, and market requests.
• Generate comprehensive sales records and field visit reports for senior management.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and high-quality customer service.
