Inbound Sales Representative

Zap & Shine Crew is a Brisbane-based cleaning company providing residential, end-of-lease, and commercial property cleaning across Australia. We are looking for an energetic Inbound Sales Representative to serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers reaching out via phone, web forms, SMS, WhatsApp, and social media.

Your primary goal in this role is to turn incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings using our proprietary CRM system. Rather than making cold calls, you will focus on fast response times, accurate quoting, and consistent client follow-up.

Key responsibilities include:

• Replying to incoming customer inquiries within minutes across all communication channels.
• Consulting with clients to understand property size, location, and service requirements to provide immediate quotes from our price guide.
• Following up persistently on unbooked estimates via phone and SMS to maximize conversion rates.
• Managing calendar schedules, processing booking confirmations, and briefing field cleaning crews on job details.
• Upselling add-on services and recurring cleans, as well as re-engaging past customers to book repeat services.
• Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and reporting daily performance metrics including inquiries, quotes, and booking rates.
