Delights Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing & Operations Officer to manage daily catering and hospitality services while driving business growth. In this dual-capacity role, you will be responsible for streamlining operational workflows, maintaining service quality, managing vendor relations, and promoting catering services to prospective corporate and institutional clients.
Key duties include:
- Supervising day-to-day catering, canteen, and operational activities to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff, suppliers, and service crews to maintain high standards of food hygiene, portion control, and quality.
- Handling inventory tracking, stock verification, procurement, wastage reduction, and operational cost management.
- Maintaining accurate operational records, staff attendance schedules, and periodic performance reports.
- Identifying new business leads, conducting market outreach, and pitching catering solutions to corporate offices, educational institutions, and factories.
- Drafting commercial proposals, cost estimates, and marketing collateral, as well as handling client presentations and negotiations.
- Evaluating supplier quotes, negotiating pricing, and managing vendor relationships for cost-effective procurement.
- Gathering customer feedback, resolving service concerns, and implementing continuous operational improvements.
