Project Officer - ASRH - Action For Nepal

Action For Nepal is seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to fill the position of Project Officer - ASRH (Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health). This position plays an essential role in planning, implementing, and monitoring community-level health interventions aimed at enhancing sexual and reproductive health awareness and service access for adolescents.

The Project Officer will work closely with target communities, local government authorities, schools, and health institutions to ensure the effective execution of project activities. Key responsibilities associated with this role include:

• Organizing and facilitating capacity-building workshops, awareness sessions, and training programs on ASRH topics.
• Engaging with local stakeholders, health facilities, and youth networks to build strong community support and partnership.
• Conducting regular field visits to monitor project activities, track progress, and address field-level challenges.
• Collecting, compiling, and analyzing field data to measure project outcomes and prepare quality periodic reports.
• Assisting in the development of IEC/BCC materials tailored to adolescent health education.
