Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

N.R.N. Global Ventures Ltd, a premier investment firm dedicated to generating sustainable returns across diverse business sectors, is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The incoming executive will take charge of expanding the company's fund base, driving high-yield investments, and steering the organization toward entering the secondary market within two years, with a target share capital of at least 50 Crore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively lead share capital mobilization to scale the company's investment fund.
• Source, evaluate, and present sound investment proposals to the Board of Directors for review and decision-making.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive investment plans based on corporate board directives.
• Liaise regularly with portfolio companies to conduct performance assessments and foster long-term growth.
• Engage and build relationships with target investee companies, delivering thorough analytical reports.
• Maintain proactive communication with shareholders and investors regarding progress, achievements, and financial health.
• Oversee legal documentation, tax compliance, and corporate governance in coordination with legal advisors for agreements and MOUs.
