Marketing Research Intern

Soil Test, collaborating with ES Outsourcing—a prominent Australia-based Engineering and CAD services firm located in Kathmandu, Nepal—is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Marketing Research Intern. This role requires a long-term commitment of at least two years and offers an excellent opportunity to gain extensive exposure in international engineering projects and global business outreach.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new market opportunities across the sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Tracking, identifying, and evaluating Expressions of Interest (EOI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) from major donor organizations, including the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the World Bank.
• Conducting in-depth research on international engineering consulting firms aligned with project-specific ToR and bidding specifications.
• Building and maintaining structured market intelligence databases utilizing modern online research strategies and AI software.
• Reaching out to international engineering consultancies to facilitate potential joint venture partnerships and associations.
• Supporting the engineering team in drafting proposals, preparing client presentations, and managing submission pipelines.
