Customer Service Representative

Foodmandu is looking for an energetic and attentive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nepal. In this role, you will act as the primary contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless ordering experience from placement to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and address customer queries regarding products, menus, and services.
• Assess customer preferences to recommend suitable offerings effectively.
• Receive, process, and manage both online and phone orders accurately.
• Coordinate and dispatch delivery staff efficiently to maintain timely service.
• Maintain high service standards, resolve customer complaints promptly, and follow up to guarantee complete satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on all company products, policies, and operational changes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.

Shift Details & Work Environment:

This role offers both Full-Time (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and Part-Time (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM) options. Candidates should be comfortable working evening shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays.
