- Support safe dispensing practices and deliver OTC counseling in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Evaluate skincare needs and recommend appropriate routines and beauty items based on ingredient knowledge.
- Manage daily sales, billing, inventory tracking, and stock merchandising using retail IMS software.
- Maintain proper storage, handling, and welcoming presentation of pharmacy and retail items.
- Uphold strong ethical standards, client confidentiality, and store cleanliness.
- Assist with team leadership, inventory control, and operational oversight if serving in a supervisory capacity.
