Area Sales Manager - Gandaki Region (Pokhara)

Executive Search- Merojob is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to direct sales operations across the Gandaki Region, based out of Pokhara. The position represents a well-established FMCG manufacturer specializing in household cleaning products, such as laundry soaps, detergent powders, dishwash bars, and toilet cleaners, backed by an expanding distribution network throughout Nepal.

The primary mandate of this role is to drive regional business growth, expand market reach, optimize channel management, and guide a team of 4 Sales Supervisors toward achieving revenue goals.

Key Duties:

• Design and execute tactical sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and growth objectives.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and key retail accounts across the Gandaki Region.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of 4 Sales Supervisors to drive team productivity.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor channel distribution, stock availability, and competitor presence.
• Identify untapped market opportunities and spearhead regional sales expansion.
• Ensure seamless implementation of trade promotions, corporate sales guidelines, and marketing schemes.
• Compile and submit regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance reports to upper management.
