The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Tribhuvan University (TU), Balkhu, Kathmandu, has officially released an online form-filling notice for students eligible to participate in the upcoming 52nd Convocation ceremony. Qualified graduates are requested to complete and submit their application forms online via the official examination website.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for participation, candidates must have completed their Bachelor's, Master's, or M.Phil. degrees under either the annual or semester examination systems and received their academic transcripts between 1st Ashadh 2082 B.S. and 31st Jestha 2083 B.S. (June 15, 2025, to June 14, 2026 A.D.). Students who complete their Ph.D. within this exact timeframe are also eligible to apply.
Venue Selection & Payment Details
Applicants are advised to select their preferred convocation center carefully during the online application process. Once chosen, the center cannot be changed under any circumstances.
All required fees, including the gown deposit, must be paid via Online Banking through Nepal Bank Ltd. or Global IME Bank Ltd. Applicants are strongly advised to make the gown deposit payment directly from their personal bank accounts, as the refund will be automatically transferred back to the original source account. The Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be responsible if refunds fail due to bank account issues. Candidates should retain their payment receipt and transaction ID safely for reference.
Guardians and Certificate Folders
Graduates are permitted to bring a maximum of two guardians to the convocation ceremony for an additional non-refundable charge of NPR 400 per guest. Additionally, students who wish to receive a specially designed certificate folder featuring the official Tribhuvan University logo can obtain one for an extra fee of Rs. 500.
