OPPO has officially expanded its wearable lineup with the launch of the OPPO Watch S2 in China, debuting alongside the Find X10 series. The new smartwatch arrives with a classic circular design, an upgraded display, enhanced health sensors, and an innovative FatMax fitness utility aimed at active users.
Design and Durability
Crafted with a stainless-steel casing, the OPPO Watch S2 maintains a slim profile of just 8.9mm (excluding the sensor bump) and weighs approximately 34.5 grams without straps. It is offered in three colorways: "Dynamic Orange", "Mist Pink", and "Mountain Shadow Gray", paired with a breathable, segmented fluoroelastomer strap. Durability is a strong point, thanks to 5ATM water resistance along with robust IP69 and IP69K protection ratings against dust and water.
Display and Software Features
The wearable sports a 1.46-inch AMOLED display with a standard brightness of 600 nits, reaching a peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits in supported outdoor sports modes for clear visibility under direct sunlight. An Always-On Display (AOD) option is also supported. Powered by ColorOS Watch 17, the smartwatch features Fluid Cloud for real-time updates like food delivery and transit info. Users can also utilize pinch gestures to control compatible phones or tablets, trigger camera functions, and use NFC for transit cards in supported markets.
Health, Tracking, and Battery
Health monitoring sees an upgrade with an 8-channel optical heart-rate sensor, 16-channel blood-oxygen sensor, ECG electrode, and a temperature sensor. The watch offers a quick 60-second health check covering 13 metrics, alongside sleep apnea screening and continuous SpO2 tracking. Fitness users get over 100 workout modes, dual-frequency GPS, and the new FatMax feature, which calculates custom fat-burning heart rate zones using parameters like VO2 max, height, weight, and resting heart rate.
Under typical usage, the Watch S2 delivers up to 7 days of battery life, extending to 10 days in battery-saver mode, or around 4 days when using AOD. It also supports simultaneous connectivity with two smartphones.

In China, the OPPO Watch S2 is priced starting at CNY 1,599 (~$238 / INR 22,999) with official sales commencing on September 24, 2026. Upon its anticipated launch in the local market, the expected OPPO Watch S2 price in Nepal is NPR 41,999.
