Technical Infrastructure Lead

AccessWorld Tech Pvt Ltd, through its AWT WorkSecure division, is seeking a qualified and driven Technical Infrastructure Lead to head its Managed Services Operations Centre (MSOC). This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take charge of building, scaling, and securing critical technology platforms.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for directing overall infrastructure operations, ensuring high system availability, and implementing industry-aligned security standards. You will serve as the technical authority overseeing system performance, continuous monitoring, and effective problem resolution across all managed environments.

Core duties and responsibilities:

• Directing the day-to-day activities of the Managed Services Operations Centre (MSOC).
• Architecting and maintaining secure, highly available, and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Establishing robust incident management, disaster recovery, and operational monitoring workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with top-tier cybersecurity practices and organizational policies.
• Providing technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to infrastructure engineers and support teams.
• Evaluating emerging technologies to continuously upgrade infrastructure performance and efficiency.
