ZTE Corporation is seeking a dedicated Rollout Manager (Technical Support Associate) to oversee and manage telecommunications network rollout, infrastructure expansion, modernization, and maintenance operations in Nepal. In this role, you will be responsible for planning engineering activities, leading execution teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet strict quality and budget targets.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive implementation plans, engineering designs, and resource allocation strategies.
- Oversee field operations including site surveys, installation, equipment integration, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients, internal units, suppliers, and subcontractors to drive project momentum.
- Manage engineering teams, assess performance, and provide clear technical guidance.
- Identify operational risks, implement corrective solutions, and control project costs.
- Ensure compliance with technical guidelines, client specifications, and mandatory safety regulations.
- Deliver regular status reports to senior leadership and foster strong client relationships.
