ZTE Corporation is seeking an experienced Civil Survey & Design Manager (Technical Support Associate) to oversee site survey operations, civil design reviews, and technical coordination for telecom infrastructure projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy, feasibility, and quality of site surveys and engineering designs across various project phases.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Site Survey & Quality Verification: Review and validate Technical Site Survey Reports (TSSR) from subcontractors to ensure complete accuracy, data integrity, and site suitability for telecom equipment installation.
- Planning & Monitoring: Formulate daily and weekly survey plans, monitor field progress, and ensure timely report approvals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal Civil, RF, Transmission, and Power teams as well as external clients and subcontractors to meet all technical specifications.
- Team Leadership & Technical Support: Assign tasks, guide survey and design engineers, and train field crews on proper survey methods and design criteria.
- Civil Design & BOQ Review: Examine civil drawings for tower/equipment foundations and shelters, verifying Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) against design modifications.
