Job Description

Kathmandu ENT Hospital is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurses (PCL and BN) to join our healthcare team in providing exceptional medical care. The successful candidates will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing services while maintaining a safe, supportive, and professional clinical environment.

In this role, you will handle daily clinical responsibilities, monitor patient health, and work closely with attending physicians to execute care plans efficiently. Strong clinical competency, clear communication, and an empathetic approach to patient well-being are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality nursing care and continuously monitor patients' health conditions.
  • Administer prescribed medications, fluids, and medical treatments accurately.
  • Assist doctors and medical practitioners during examinations and specialized procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records and nursing documentation.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-care instructions.
  • Strictly follow infection control protocols, hospital safety regulations, and care standards.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to medical emergencies or changes in patient conditions.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure complete patient care.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Professional Certification for PCL Nursing or a Bachelor's degree for Bachelor of Nursing (BN).
  • Licensure: Active and valid registration with the Nepal Nursing Council (NNC).
  • Experience: Less than 1 year of experience required (freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome).
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly responsible, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shift rotations as required by hospital schedule.
  • Remuneration: Salary will be provided according to the Government's rules.
