RV Group is seeking a dedicated and qualified Site Engineer – Hospitality to lead on-site construction supervision, enforce quality control standards, and ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within financial targets.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, aligning team efforts, and maintaining structural integrity across hospitality construction developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct site supervision to ensure all construction works conform strictly to approved architectural plans and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, design architects, and contractors to facilitate efficient and timely project completion.
- Evaluate and approve building materials and construction methodology to uphold strict quality and safety protocols.
- Monitor site progress, track project expenses, and provide comprehensive updates to key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues or site obstacles as they arise during the construction process.
- Perform regular quality assurance inspections to maintain high workmanship standards across all phases.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant building codes, safety rules, and statutory regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior civil engineers and site staff.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, log reports, and continuously seek opportunities to streamline site workflows.
