Criico is looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of robust web applications using Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies. Working within the Product department at an Officer level, you will take ownership of end-to-end features—from database setup and API creation to delivering polished, high-performing frontend interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, build, and maintain high-performance web applications leveraging Next.js (App Router), React, and TypeScript.
- Design efficient database schemas across PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB and integrate reliable RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Take complete ownership of feature lifecycles including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Enhance application speed and user experience through SSR, SSG, ISR, effective caching, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Work closely with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Maintain code quality through regular code reviews, mentorship of junior team members, and establishing engineering standards.
- Support CI/CD workflows and manage cloud infrastructure decisions using Vercel, AWS, or Docker.
