Job Description

Rojgari - Job Matching is seeking a dedicated Revenue, Reservation & OTA Executive to manage online room distribution, reservation processes, pricing structures, and inventory allocation. The position focuses on maximizing hotel occupancy, RevPAR, and average daily rates (ADR) while ensuring accurate rate parity, strong OTA visibility, and optimal channel profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and update hotel extranets across major online travel platforms including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Trip.com.
Manage room availability, pricing adjustments, restrictions, special offers, and booking terms across all sales channels.
Develop and execute daily revenue management tactics to continuously improve room yield, occupancy, and ADR.
Track reservation trends, pickup rates, cancellations, and market dynamics to adjust pricing strategies proactively.
Perform regular competitor rate analysis and recommend strategic adjustments to inventory and rates.
Enhance online channel visibility, ranking, and rate parity while managing OTA commissions and driving direct booking growth.
Supervise daily reservation operations to guarantee precise guest records, rate integrity, and room allocations.
Work closely with Front Office, Finance, Sales, and Management on billing, revenue reporting, and room forecasts.
Draft regular daily and weekly performance summaries to support monthly forecasting and highlight new revenue opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in hotel reservation management, revenue optimization, or OTA e-commerce roles.
Strong technical expertise with major OTA portals (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com) and hotel property systems.
Clear understanding of revenue metrics including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy rate parity, and inventory strategy.
Excellent analytical capabilities, communication skills, organizational focus, and high attention to detail.
Proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to operate independently and cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Front Office teams.
Candidates working as Reservation Supervisors/Executives, Revenue Analysts, E-commerce/OTA Executives, or Assistant Revenue Managers are strongly encouraged to apply.
