Project Manager - Hydropower | S N Energy

SN Energy Limited is inviting applications from dynamic, results-driven professionals for the role of Project Manager. This leadership position is responsible for directing the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of major hydropower initiatives, including the Super Seti Hydropower Project.

The role spans the entire project lifecycle—from initial commencement and design to construction, commissioning, and Commercial Operation Date (COD)—while maintaining strict control over timelines, financial budgets, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all lifecycle stages of the hydropower project through to commercial operation (COD).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including civil, mechanical, electrical, geological, and hydrology specialists.
• Oversee construction activities for major structural components, such as headworks, waterways/tunnels, penstock lines, powerhouses, switchyards, and transmission lines.
• Manage project schedules, procurement, resource distribution, financial budgets, and contract execution.
• Liaise directly with the Department of Electricity Development (DoED), Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), local authorities, consultants, contractors, and community stakeholders.
• Guarantee full compliance with Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) guidelines, social protocols, quality control, and health and safety regulations.
• Monitor site progress daily, identify technical and logistical risks, and execute prompt corrective measures.
• Prepare comprehensive analytical progress reports for senior management, the Board of Directors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
