MEAL and Documentation Officer

Habitat for Humanity International Nepal is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MEAL and Documentation Officer to support its program quality and learning initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, ensuring project accountability, capturing institutional learning, and producing high-quality documentation for shelter and housing programs in Nepal.

Core responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems and data collection tools.
• Conducting field monitoring visits, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and preparing comprehensive progress reports.
• Documenting success stories, best practices, case studies, and lessons learned to support program improvement and institutional knowledge.
• Ensuring community feedback and accountability mechanisms are operational and accessible to beneficiaries and local partners.
