A primary aspect of your daily tasks will involve responding to incoming inquiries from prospective clients across digital communication channels, including the company's Facebook Page, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct messages, and public comments. You will act as the first point of contact, delivering clear, helpful information to convert leads into active clients while providing initial legal guidance.
