Asliya HR Services is seeking a competent and responsible Housemaid & Skills Trainer. This dual-focused role involves delivering top-quality domestic care while instructing, mentoring, and supervising housemaids to uphold high operational and professional standards.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Executing complete housekeeping functions, including cleaning living spaces, managing laundry and ironing, organizing wardrobes, assisting with basic meal prep, and handling cleaning equipment safely.
- Facilitating practical training routines for newly hired and existing housemaids on cleaning standards, sanitation, personal presentation, and professional conduct.
- Utilizing Greek language skills to teach basic domestic terminology, translate instructions, and foster effective communication within the household.
- Conducting skill assessments, creating simple checklists, and supervising trainees during practical sessions to ensure quality control.
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and maintaining household hygiene and organization routines.
