Freight Forwarding Expert – Trainer & Operations Supervisor

Taparia Group Nepal, through its newly established back-office division Rhombuscore, provides specialized operational support to Australian freight forwarding clients. We are seeking a qualified Freight Forwarding Expert — Trainer & Operations Supervisor to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced logistics professional who can oversee live operational files while mentoring local operators until they are fully capable of managing workflows independently.

In this dual supervisory and training role, your primary objective will be to ensure high quality standards across all outgoing work while building team competency. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and auditing active freight forwarding files, including shipment bookings, customs clearance paperwork, and exception resolution, prior to client delivery.
• Providing practical instruction to operations personnel on freight forwarding principles and critical decision-making in real-world scenarios.
• Serving as the technical authority on HS code determinations, documentation mismatches, and customs hold resolutions.
• Developing a documented repository of real-world case studies and exception logs to serve as ongoing learning material for the team.
• Executing regular quality checks on all outgoing client deliverables.
