Copier and Printer Repair Technician - International Electronics Concern

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing Canon multi-function copiers and printers used within our distribution company. Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Setting up, installing, and configuring printers and copiers for distribution operations.
• Regularly monitoring equipment performance to guarantee consistent, high-quality operation.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical faults involving copiers, printers, and malfunctioning cartridges.
• Performing routine maintenance and servicing to ensure peak machinery functionality.
• Coordinating with the internal IT department to fix network connectivity and software issues.
• Staying updated on emerging printing technologies and recommending upgrades or equipment replacements when needed.
• Delivering clear operational demonstrations of copiers and printers to customers.
• Writing comprehensive, descriptive service and technical reports.
• Following strict company data security protocols and backup procedures to safeguard printer data.
• Assisting with other operational tasks as needed within the distribution center.
