Communication and Marketing Executive

Casa Deyra is a leading Kathmandu-based property rental management enterprise currently overseeing more than 100 serviced units, ranging from single to three-bedroom accommodations. Dedicated to delivering high-quality stays for short, medium, and extended periods, the company places guest satisfaction and exceptional hospitality at the core of its operations.

To strengthen its Marketing Department, Casa Deyra is seeking a dynamic Communication and Marketing Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in elevating the brand's visibility, engaging prospective guests, and facilitating daily operational messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with both internal and external organizational communication efforts.
• Create, organize, and maintain various communication and promotional materials.
• Promptly answer guest inquiries received through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and social channels.
• Oversee corporate correspondence and manage prospective business leads effectively.
• Partner with the Marketing and Operations units to coordinate smooth guest transfers and associated logistics.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license to be considered for this position.
