Core duties and responsibilities include:
- Formulating integrated financial strategies, budgeting models, forecasts, and investment scenario analyses to guide corporate expansion.
- Enhancing financial control systems, performance monitoring, and reporting frameworks through SAP-enabled tools.
- Overseeing management information system (MIS) reporting, variance tracking, and segment-wise profitability evaluations to guide decision-making.
- Managing cash flow, working capital, banking lines, product hedging, and foreign exchange risks within treasury operations.
- Designing structured financing solutions and cultivating solid relationships with financial institutions, auditors, tax authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring total statutory, legal, tax, and regulatory compliance while maintaining rigorous internal control and risk mitigation practices.
- Establishing key performance indicators across operational units to foster business efficiency and accountability.
