Job Description

Shivo Kitchencraft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a meticulous and responsible Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations, keep accurate accounts, and guarantee full compliance with Nepalese tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial activities, encompassing sales, purchases, operational expenses, and cash transactions.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including customer payment processing and vendor settlements.
Draft invoices, issue payment vouchers, execute bank reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial statements.
Manage VAT filing, tax documentation, and ensure adherence to national tax deadlines and regulations in Nepal.
Work alongside the sales, purchasing, and stock teams to monitor inventory records accurately.
Assist leadership in formulating budgets, financial statements, and periodic management reports.
Verify transaction accuracy and maintain well-organized accounting files.
Support internal and external audit procedures and handle additional accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study.
Prior working experience in accounting is preferred.
Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals, VAT, and Nepalese tax laws.
Demonstrated proficiency in standard accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational capabilities.
High attention to detail, strong moral integrity, and complete respect for financial confidentiality.
