Job Description

RK Trade International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Account & Finance Manager to oversee accounting and financial operations across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining precise financial records, handling group-wide financial planning, managing cash flows, and ensuring robust tax and statutory compliance.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, oversee daily ledger operations, manage closing processes, and track performance metrics.
Group Financial Consolidation: Coordinate with account teams across group entities, reconcile intercompany accounts and transactions, consolidate financial records, and standardize reporting formats.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Nepalese tax regulations, manage VAT, TDS, and income tax obligations, and handle documentation for audits and statutory filings.
Import & Trade Finance Operations: Oversee Letter of Credit (LC) processing and payment setups with commercial banks, and coordinate with customs clearing agents (CHA) to streamline import transactions.

Requirements

Relevant academic degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a professional accounting credential (such as CA/ACCA).
Demonstrated experience in senior accounting, financial reporting, and intercompany financial consolidation.
Solid understanding of Nepalese taxation laws, VAT, TDS, and statutory compliance procedures.
Practical exposure to trade finance operations, including LC management and import documentation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
